Growing up the granddaughter of a builder, real estate was a natural next step for Monica after she retired from a successful career as an appellate attorney. Monica graduated cum laude from Dedman College of Law (Southern Methodist University) where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, named a Hutchison Fellow (full merit scholarship), and was an editor of the SMU Law Review. She received her BA magna cum laude in Chinese History and Political Science from Colorado College and studied Mandarin Chinese as a PICAS Fellow at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.



In her spare time, Monica likes spending time with her family and three fur babies. She enjoys Sudoku, Vinyasa Yoga, and attending performances of the Houston Grand Opera. Monica believes in serving her community and actively donates to Houston PetSet and various performing arts organizations.

 Atia Willis is a native Houstonian who is compassionate, diligent and has a love for people. As a realtor I dedicate my time and knowledge to all clients of the Greater Houston area.  Prior to becoming a realtor I won many State and National pageant titles like in the Miss USA Pageant Organization. I've worked as a leasing professional at various properties around Houston. Pageants and my previous experience helped instill hard work, accountability and perseverance to every client I work with. When I'm not working I love being with my family and staying active in my community.

Veneisha relocated from upstate New York -- and she loves relocating people coming into Houston to live as well as those looking for a change. Her family was indirectly responsible for her interest in real estate from an early age with their ownership of many successful income-producing properties. Her high energy, enthusiasm and innate 'hustle' accentuate her desire to do a good job for her clients. Her experience consists of customer service in the insurance industry as well as various direct sales positions. The interest in real estate developed when her great uncle purchased most of the homes on a particular block years ago in upstate New York and, to this day, they remain family income properties. His motivation was to create generational wealth so that the family members would always have a roof over their heads. She worked as the point of contact and manager for several of those properties. She says, "I like to be challenged and pushed and pulled in many directions because it helps me build character." Her self-awareness, confidence and communication skills serve her well in working with clients whether they are new home buyers, residential builders or interested in leasing. Having relocated to Houston 3 years ago to experience a change, she is knowledgeable about the suburban areas of Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond and Cypress. Working out, going to dance class several times a week & sampling the huge variety of restaurants available in the city are some of the ways I enjoy a balanced lifestyle. Julie, a native Houstonian who grew up in the Memorial area, joined Compass Real Estate in February 2020. Julie began her real estate career in 2008 and quickly climbed the ranks to become a Top Producer with over $40MM in sales in 2022.

As a child, Julie was fascinated by the architecture and design of beautiful houses all around her in the city of Houston. Her passion for homes remains and fuels her career as a Realtor®, along with extensive knowledge of Houston's neighborhoods and an eye for interior design and has worked in construction on numerous homes. Julie's broad client base includes, growing families, couples who are downsizing, and first-time home buyers.

Knowing that buying or selling a home can be a very stressful time, Julie's positive attitude and calm, detailed approach put clients at ease as they move through the often-challenging sale or purchase process. With over a decade of real estate experience, Julie has been a part of hundreds of real estate transactions. She helps her clients prepare their homes for the market and has a large network of professionals to assist with any scenario that may come up as a part of a transaction.

Julie has three precious children Anna, Tucker, and Travis. Julie enjoys spending her free time meeting new people, entertaining in her home, and getting together with family and friends. She is a dedicated volunteer at her children's schools Condit Elementary, Pin Oak Middle School, and her Temple Emanuel El. Julie graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2005. After college, she worked in marketing and inside sales before transitioning into residential real estate. Julie is always at the center of things both socially and professionally, as she is seen as a trusted advisor by many of her friends and neighbors. Julie always makes time for people and is ready to have a conversation, as portrayed by her hashtag #JustCallJulie.

Lisa is a self-described “oil-field brat” who has been in Houston “on and off since 1976.” Her family lived in the Champions area and she graduated from Cy-Fair High School. Lisa holds degrees from the University of Wyoming and the University of Houston. Prior to her career in residential real estate, Lisa worked in marketing and communications for companies in the oil and gas, banking and airline industries.

When not working, Lisa is a touring docent at the Bayou Bend Collection of the Museum of Fine Arts Houston. Her community service includes previous turns as a board member for Target Hunger and The Chinquapin School. Lisa enjoys golf and reading when her busy schedule permits.
