Veneisha relocated from upstate New York -- and she loves relocating people coming into
Houston to live as well as those looking for a change. Her high energy, enthusiasm and innate 'hustle' accentuate her desire to do a good job for her clients.

Her experience consists of customer service in the insurance industry as well as various direct sales positions. The interest in real estate developed when her great uncle purchased most of the homes on a particular block years ago in upstate New York and, to this day, they remain family income properties. His motivation was to create generational wealth so that the family members would always have a roof over their heads. She worked as the point of contact and manager for several of those properties.

She says, "I like to be challenged and pushed and pulled in many directions because it helps me build character." Her self-awareness, confidence and communication skills serve her well in working with clients whether they are new home buyers, residential builders or interested in leasing.

Having relocated to Houston 3 years ago to experience a change, she is knowledgeable about the suburban areas of Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond and Cypress.
Working out, going to dance class several times a week & sampling the huge variety of restaurants available in the city are some of the ways I enjoy a balanced lifestyle.
