A native Houstonian, it was Chaille's love of the city that led her to a career in real estate. It began with the management and marketing of commercial office buildings, and then grew to include commercial construction and project management, before shifting into the residential sales market in the mid-'80s.

Building upon her successful sales career, she expanded her skills to include relocation services and naturally transitioned her experience and talents into sales management.

As a leader, Chaille's keen understanding and unwavering support of sales associates, combined with her state-of-the-art technology solutions, has translated to a higher level of service to clients and customers. Her training skills are a great asset in assisting and inspiring new and well-seasoned agents alike, and have proved to be an essential element in their development and increased production.

Chaille also has an impressive history of industry leadership, serving on numerous committees, task forces and leadership positions with the Houston Association of Realtors, where she was Chair of the Board of Directors for the 2014 calendar year. In addition, she has held Director and Committee positions with HAR, Texas Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She currently serves as the 2023 Vice Chair for the HRIS Board of Directors, RVP for Texas Realtors and Director for the National Association of Realtors.

Chaille says that she loves the challenges that face her every day and delights in the fact that she found a way to mold her passion for Houston and its continuous redevelopment and growth into her life's work.     From an early age Jaime understood the importance of home - what it means to individuals, to families, and to communities. Jaime is a 10th generation, native Houstonian who traces her family's roots in the Katy area back before the Civil War. She grew up in the town largely built by her family. The Bakers moved to the area in the 1840s and established a successful general contracting business. Each succeeding generation has added to the legacy, most recently Jaime's father, a highly respected remodeling specialist for more than 40 years. Jaime absorbed lessons about great design from her father and instinctively knew that her life's mission would be to guide others in finding their perfect home. Her family is prominently featured in the January 2016 Legacy Families edition of the Katy Magazine, and again in the 2018 Katy Magazine article titled Cornerstone Legacy Families of Katy, Texas.

    Despite her youthful appearance, Jaime brings an unusual depth of knowledge to her profession. She earned her real estate salesman's license (and sold her first home) while a full-time student at Texas State University, where she also participated in the Delta Zeta sorority, graduated with honors, and received a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis on Mass Communications, Business Administration, and Consumer Science. She parlayed her skills into a job locating homes and apartments for clients in the San Marcos, New Braunfels, Kyle, and Austin areas. After graduation Jaime transitioned to luxury new construction home sales in Houston, gaining valuable firsthand experience with new home design and construction.

    My knowledge of real estate sales and home construction provides my clients with a powerful advantage, Jaime says. I can suggest basic changes and improvements to maximize the appeal and value of my client's properties and offer guidance to help buyers see the potential in a prospective home purchase. I never give up. I make my best effort in every instance to see that my clients' goals and expectations are met and exceeded.

    Jaime has earned both the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations. She is exceptionally proficient in current and emerging real estate industry technology and is personable, grounded, and unafraid to think outside the box to surmount a challenge.

    She recognized the tremendous potential of social media as a marketing tool. Prior to founding Baker & Co., Jaime taught social media classes for colleagues, coaching them to connect with clients in cyberspace. That resourcefulness earned her a spot on Property Spark's Top 20 Young Real Estate Agents on Social Media 2017. My great-grandmother was an industry leader, becoming the President of the Texas Women's Council of REALTORS® and the Vice President of the National Women's Council of REALTORS®. She also helped develop the multiple listing service, which became the basis for the current MLS used by REALTORS® nationwide. I come from a long line of innovators!

    Although she is driven to excel in her profession, Jaime strives for balance, practicing yoga, playing tennis, cooking, and traveling. She is interested in metaphysical disciplines, including astrology and numerology. As an Enneagram type 4, Jaime has an innate understanding of the needs and feelings of others. Her knack for imaginative and creative deep-thinking continues to benefit her clients, who from the outset of her career have called her a force and predicted her rapid rise in the Houston real estate establishment.

    Ryan resides in West Houston with his wife and daughter. When not spending time with his family, he is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He recalls, My father taught me how to fish when I was 5 years old, and I have been hooked ever since. He also loves to travel, cook and golf. He has been a member of St. John Vianney Church for over 30 years and Club Westside.
