Steven Sullivan

As a native Houstonian, Steve Sullivan practically grew up in the local real estate industry. While working in his family's business, he developed a passion for real estate. Approximately thirty years ago, Steve obtained his real estate license.

Growing up in the Memorial Villages and graduating from Memorial High School, Steve has a thorough understanding of the changing markets in Piney Point Village, Hunters Creek Village, Bunker Hill Village, Hedwig Village, Bayou Woods and Sherwood Forest. In addition to these areas he is knowledgeable about other areas such as Tanglewood, River Oaks, West University, and Bellaire. His extensive experience in the new home market, as well as the high end resale market, enables him to provide expert advice to buyers and sellers alike. In addition, Steve has experienced a degree of success locating specific homes and building sites for his clients that are NOT listed in the MLS.
