How do I save searches

Hi John,In order to save a search, you will need to sign in to your HAR home finder portal. You can either create an account or use one of your social media sites to log in.Once you are in your portal, click on "Find a Home", then select the property type - Single family, Townhouse/condo, Rental... Input your specific search criteria with the price range, bedroom & bathroom count, area/zip code or school district. Then click on the yellow button on the bottom right corner labeled as "Save Search". I would suggest to first select the search button, to view the available properties that fit your criteria. This will allow you to refine your search depending on the results. If you are considering selling your home finding this answer out first is key. Your tax value does not represent the true value of your property on todays market. The "ad valorem" tax is done on January 1st of each year and it is defined as "an estimated value of the goods or transaction concerned" in this case "your homes estimated value." Since it''s only done once a year the information can sometimes be outdated. It doesn''t account for what has happened since January 1st or what amenities the home may have that aren''t part of the tax information. Find out your homes value for "free" today. The appraisal value is assessed by the County Appraisal District. The property taxes are evaluated based on the appraised value and/or any exemptions claimed. In most cases, the market value is different from the appraised value. Market value is determined by taking into account several factors including but not limited to the condition of the property (upgrades or repairs needed), location, neighborhood trends and recent sold property values.
