Shae Aldridge

Hi. I'm Shae! I am an innovative and dedicated Houston Real Estate Agent that specializes in generational wealth building through home ownership. As someone who lived through their 20s without the knowledge of WHY home ownership is so important, I have made it my mission to educate others to in-return change the trajectory of their lives whether that is through owning a home, saving for a home, credit repair, affordable housing programs, the importance of equity, how to maximize a sale or investment properties.

As a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English & Education and a Master's of Education in Counseling from Texas Southern University, providing me with a unique perspective on relationship building and the value in being personable with my clients to provide calmness and comfortability during the biggest transactions of their lives. In addition, I am a successful business owner of Shae Organic Skincare and a graduate of the unique multi-sided entrepreneurship opportunity entitled the SURE program at the University of Houston's C. T. Bauer College of Business. My experience as an English Teacher, psychology experience and business/sales experience gives me a colorful twist in providing great communications skills, being an expert facilitator/ sales negotiator, and the ability of showing empathy and patience to clients during our time together.

Having grown up in Houston and stayed in multiple parts of Houston, I have first-hand knowledge of neighborhoods and various communities including but not limited to Missouri City, Sugarland, Stafford, Sienna, Richmond, Pearland, Manvel, Memorial, Spring, Jersey Village, Cypress, and Katy. When not selling real estate, I submerge myself in relaxing activities that promote positive mental health practices, so that I am the best version of myself for my clients when I am not enjoying time with my husband, daughter, and family.
