Im in the process of rebuilding my credit to purchase, and I feel like it will be in a good place in a year. However, i think its best for us to get rid of the 2000. rent that we\'re paying now and decrease our debt income ratio to save for a down payment. my income is 8000/month, but my credit has tanked!

Yes, you can, there are exceptions. It will all depend on the Landlord. If he gets good referrals from previous landlords stating that you were never late on the rent. \nWe all had been through rough times and sometimes Landlords understand that.

Can an agent host a Brokers Open House while a property is in "Coming Soon" status on MLS?

You can share your upcoming listing within your brokerage but not a brokers open house while it's still in coming soon status.

Many new agents wonder if social media works.

Personally it has worked for me. I boost some of my posts on Facebook and so far I've gotten a lease and a sale out of it.
