“I hired Rose to list my home 4 years ago when I left town and she was such a professional so I rehired her when I moved back to Houston as my buyer s agent. Her professionalism and expertise made both transactions very smooth. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly resolved by Rose. She fought for me fearlessly as the listing agent screwed up by not disclosing that the townhome I was buying has HOA insurance of 2,400 annually in addition to the monthly HOA fees. We found out about this extra fee 3 days before closing Rose has successfully negotiated for me and I was able to get a seller credit of 4k at closing . Rose is one of a kind Realtor who will fight for her clients. She s hardworking unlike other Realtors who are lazy and don t know what they re doing . I have already referred her to 2 of my friends .
