“Rose has been our family Realtor for over 10 years. She has helped my parents and brother in the purchase of their homes. My wife and I just closed on our home and Rose did an impeccable job in making sure our loan gets approved timely. She is very proactive in dealing with our lender as we were out of the country for over a month and came back to Houston just on time for our closing. The previous owner had submitted warranty repair from the builder and up to this day some of the repairs are still outstanding. We have now closed on our home and Rose has volunteered to help and she is now dealing with the builder with the repairs. She treats us like her own family and she has done so many things for us and the list is too long to mention.
