My sellers get this report once a week and they really like seeing all of the traffic stats.

The listing Traffic Report is a awesome weekly report that your listing agent can you up to receive once a week. It will give you information not just about your home, but how your home is fairing on the market against other properties in the area and in your neighborhood.

Happy selling!

The Listing Traffic Report will let you know how often your property has been viewed on HAR.com. If you have posted your property on Zillow/Trulia, they share similar information.

If you are not currently represented and are interested in listing your home in the South/Southwest area, please feel free to contact me!

Best Wishes!

Any listing agent can his/her seller up with a "MarketInsight" report which can provide site traffic. It's easy to do. I can only assume that is what your post is referring to. If not, you know where to reach me! ;)

if you are the listing agent for the listing in question. or have your agent check.

some real estate companies create their own site for a listing and track through that site.

as for www.HAR.com (and possibly the real estate companies site), the listing will propagate out through the listing hub to multiple sites and I doubt you will get an all inclusive report of traffic from all the websites. something to keep in mind.

If you are referring to how many showings your listing currently has had, your Realtor might keep a detailed report with feedback. Also check and see if they are using a showing service which might provide this information as well. If you are not using a Realtor and are currently attempting to sell your home yourself you can contact me directly via email for a few tips on how to track and manage listing traffic.
