Har support staff is always a phone call away. In my opinion Im dealing with har they are prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about navigating the matrix system and or routing the members to the correct department for assistance and they are usually good at resolving any issues. So my suggestion is certainly to call har first and you will be helped to satisfaction.
Did you log in as a Realtor/Pro? If yes, ten you should have access to Matrix. While logged in, click on the left side on MLS, Then on MLS standard, then on Matrix MLS. If you are not able to access Matrix MLS, then contact HAR directly.
Generally, you just go thru the members portal link available thru the HAR site by clicking on your profile pic in the top right corner of your computer screen
I would recommend calling HAR directly. They can tell you what steps you need to take to regain access. Call (713) 335-4240. Another option is going directly to the office for help. Make sure you are logging in as a realtor, if you are a consumer, make sure you are accessing the consumer side. There is also a link if you are having trouble that should connect you to HAR.

If you are a real estate agent, call HAR. If you are a consumer, contact your agent and provide an email so the agent can set up a profile for you to start to receive and search on HAR. When you are associated to an agent, they will be able to help you set up a better search in the system for you. Let me know if you need assistance.

Hello Veronica. Are you a consumer or a real estate agent? Consumers dont have access to matrix. However if youre a real estate agent you should see the matrix access button on the top right when you click to go to your agent dashboard. If you cant see, call HAR Central for guidance (theyre excellent and so helpful). Tel (713) 629-1900
