I'm a new member and wanted to sign up and wanted to know the difference between Realtor Application and Designated Realtor Application.

The Realtor Application is for an individual whom will be joining a brokerage either as a sales person or broker associate. The Designated Realtor is for the realtor who is the broker of the firm and whom sponsors the agents.

The Realtor Application refers to those holding a sales person license and those holding a brokers license who are seeking to be broker associates of a firm. The Designated Realtor is the broker owner of the firm or the supervising maneger of the sponsored agents of the firm,

Designated REALTOR Application refers to the Broker. You will need to fill out the REALTOR Application unless you are a Broker and plan to be the designated broker of record for the office.
