I prefer docusign because I've been using it for so many years.

Most Realtors will have program that would allow you to auto sign, Some dot loop or docu sign. You can use a computer or your phone (which is a small computer). If you need a Realtor that assists their clients with the technology to complete their contracts call me at 713-550-4670

Auto Signature is not an Automatic Signature. You, the client and decision maker, choose to sign or not sign a deal. The “auto” feature that people refer to is that your signature is the computer “mouse click” that transforms a proposal or an offer into a deal, an official signed and binding contract.
Electronic Signature Technology allows all “parties to a form” to be authenticated. With DocuSign there are several levels of authentication, one with simple email verification, one with phone number and more, an additional level with password/code verification. This verifies that the person behind the click has the authority of the name to be signed.
It is simple to use and tracks the date and time that the “parties to the form” log-in on and sign by clicking on a box to input a previously chosen signature or initial. You pick the signature format and font you will be using for the whole document.
Once you sign, the person who initiated the form can supply the Electronic summaries, which is a basically an official summary of the timeline of the document’s electronic life, with date stamps of every one’s participation and sometimes IP addresses. IP address is the numerical code assigned to your computer connection to the internet.
If you are not comfortable with the process, ask your agent to show you how it works in front of a screen in a trusted environment, or simply request to sign a printed form, and make sure you get a copy immediately or within a reasonable timeframe for your taste.
Personally, I have clients who still work with flip phones, and do not have a computer. As antiquated as it may seem, I believe there are reasons to accommodate a client who has chosen to not comply with the forced use of modern technology.
Adopting modern technology is not synonymous with knowing value. Although technology is a great time saver, it sometimes bumps the value of “face to face time” to the back seat of a deal, when in fact, it is the most important part.

Dotloop is the program I use. I teach people to use the application. It even works very well from your phone.

If you go to Texasrealtors.com it has all forms and you can Esign anything. They automatically do it for you and there is no charge. It’s free because it’s included in your dues.
