Crashonda,I understand you will need the property that is for assisted living that's why you are requesting 5 bedrooms. Make sure that when you do find a property, that it will meet your requirements as far as city guidelines or governmental agencies. Most likely you don't want HOA because with the HOA you are limited on alterations due to guidelines that will need to be met. You are limited on finding a 5 bedroom residential home but it's certainly possible. You might also want to consider a commercial building that already has all your requirements in place since you will be running an assisted living facility. The realtor you choose to work with will need to be a season agent that can answer your questions since this is not your typical residential home purchase.
