Korin, your deed and the home dont stop a thing. Youre in default of a loan and that is what is coming into foreclosure. The real estate is simply the asset that is being taken away for non payment. Unfortunately, there is no stopping that. Now, if you want to avoid the foreclosure, what can be done is the sale of your home prior to foreclosure. We have done this plenty of times, and Im sure well do it again. Often times, even if your foreclosure is coming up, we can convince the lender to give us a little bit of grace and some extra time to get your home ready and put it on the market and sell it. This is generally the best course of action and the last resort. Feel free to reach out anytime! codysellsproperty@gmail.com 346-412-6603.

If you signed a property transfer deed just minutes before a foreclosure on your house, it is important to consult with an attorney immediately. While I am not a legal professional, I can provide a general summary of the situation.Signing a property transfer deed shortly before a foreclosure raises potential legal implications and may not prevent the foreclosure process. The timing and circumstances of the transfer could be subject to scrutiny, and it is crucial to seek legal advice to understand the potential consequences and explore any available options. An attorney specializing in real estate law can assess the specific details of your case, provide guidance, and help navigate the legal complexities involved. It is recommended to contact an attorney as soon as possible to protect your rights and fully understand your legal position. For additional information, Call or Text me at 832-776-9582 or visit my website at www.Networthbuilders.comThank you
