We arrived in Houston 3 months ago and we met Martina who was extremely helpful in finding our house! I would highly recommend her services, Martina was always available for our questions, giving strong advice, very friendly and very professional. We are still so much grateful for everything she made for us!

Martina has incredibly helped us to find our house and manage all the associated administrative topics (hunting, inspections, closing, utilisites, moving, …). Being French, US laws and practices were not clear for us, Martina brought a lot of good knowledge and advice. She knows very well the market, the locations, the important things to look at and to follow. Very patient and excellent negotiator, she helped us to find the best house we could dream of in our budget. Moreover, she remains available a after the closing to accompany us and provide tips. I warmly recommend anyone who wants a skilled agent to get in touch with her !

Martina is a ‘go beyond’ kind of professional. I have had many realtors in different cities I have lived and she is hands down top notch. She not only rented my condo for me but helped assist me with painters, cleaners, electricians etc to get the place back into shape after the last tenant moved out! Highly recommend.

Martina is great person to work with. Always available and very calm even when the client is stressed, she always come to play and support. She is also detailed person when needed. Natacha and I have really appreciated her professionalism and knowledge in her field. Martina is beyond great. She is very professional and knowledgeable about what she does. Having her as a realtor for your real estate transaction would give you a piece of mind.
