Martina came to Houston in 2005 and has accumulated an impressive array of real estate certifications as a Master Certified Negotiations Expert, Certified Relocation Professional, and Certified International Property Specialist. She's also accredited as a real estate staging professional. Along with her international and professional knowledge, Martina has a personal touch and longtime familiarity with Houston's neighborhoods. Her facility with market analysis, multimedia staging, and property management, coupled with her enthusiasm, dedication, and desire, produces winning results for buyers, sellers, and investors alike. Martina proudly points out that most of her business now comes from past clients and their referrals, a testament to her long-lasting, positive relationships. Giving back to the community, Martina has remained active in education as a co-founder and president of Éducation Franaise Greater Houston (EFGH), promoting French language education in Greater Houston schools. On her own time, she enjoys world travel, gourmet restaurants, hiking, and running.
