When I first started my home search I knew my ideal home was a big stretch on my budget so I had very little hope of finding my forever home. However one day, Rachael excitedly called me to show my a listing that had only been on the market for 30 minutes. It had everything I wanted, was below budget, and was listed almost 50k below market price. Knowing this house would sell quick she called the other agent only to be told that the home owners were not allowing any showings until the weekend 5 days from then . However, Rachael noticed that the listing photos were not completed and asked if a photographer was coming to finish taking photos. With that insight, she negotiated for us to be allowed to visit the home while the photographer was there that same day. We were the first and only people allowed to enter the home at the time and with that advantage we made an offer that night and got accepted The homeowners actually received higher value offers than ours the next day from people who only saw the new photos but since we had already signed I got the house over those offers If I had wanted to, literally the day after we closed I could have listed the house and sold it for a profit. It was only because of Rachael quick thinking and dedication to finding us the right home did I end up in this situation. Any future home sales or purchase I will exclusively use Rachael and I personally recommend her to everyone I know Thank you Rachael for everything." Read more
