My name is Maria Alanis, I have been a Real Estate Agent for 17 years. I began to have an interest in Real Estate at an early age when I started working for a Real Estate Firm as a Secretary. I work with Sellers, First Time Homebuyers, Investors etc.. I have closed over 120 Real Estate Transactions throughout my Real Esate Career. Most of my clients are referrals and for that I feel confident in myself that I have done a good job for past clients who put their confidence in me to send me their family, relatives,friends so I can help them with their Real Estate needs. I put my clients interest as priority. I put myself in the buyer's place to be able to help them the best way possible to meet their needs make the dream of becoming a homeowner or a second or third + homeowner. I put myself in the seller's place to be able to determine the best marketing strategy to make sure they sell their home and make the best profit. I help clients bring up their credit scores so they can be ready for Homeownership, I also provide information about any downpayment programs available.
