I've been in real estate for 18 years and currently run a brokerage of about 35 amazing professionals, along with a tight-knit team of eight. I'm passionate about creating a great experience for every client and believe that education, whether it's guiding clients or mentoring agents, is the key to success in this business. I stay involved at both the local and state level through committee work focused on professional development, political affairs, and risk management. I genuinely love being part of the conversations that move our industry forward. Over the years, I've been lucky to be recognized as one of HAR's Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate, and featured in Forbes and Texas Monthly. I'm also a proud grad of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, which helped me grow both professionally and personally. Outside of real estate, I serve on the Board of Directors for BEAR a nonprofit that supports at-risk and CPS-involved kids across the Houston area. Giving back is something I truly love, and I try to stay as involved as possible through community work, events, and lots of fundraising.
