Working my way through real estate classes, I was wondering about how to go about choosing a broker as a new agent?

My biggest advice is to speak to many brokers, ask their training, support, and available tools to help you grow a business. Know that the real estate classes only prepare you for the test and you need to find a Broker that provides education you need to produce. I speak from experience as I myself have only been licensed for 2 years. That being said, I took advantage of what my office offered and now am a top producing agent there.
