Hi Tyler,\n\nI created blog which discusses what landlords look for in a tenant. A background check is sometimes performed, but I would say one of the biggest factors is having great rental history, making 3X the rent, and good job history. My broker always ask for latest bank statement, to verify the 1st month rent and deposit.
