Jonna Horak

Jonna Horak came into real estate from the Investor side. She and her husband have been real estate investors since 2003 with the development of an office/warehouse rental facility and the purchase of rental homes, vacant land, property using 1031 Exchange process, a small ranch and many homes over the years.

Jonna joined Realtor Associate to assist people in buying or selling a little piece of the country way of life. She has a unique set of skills that can assist you in the sell or purchase of your next home or investment. She works closely with her clients to identify their best options to streamline their search process. With a corporate background in accounting and as a computer analyst, Jonna possesses a keen ability to listen, attention to numbers, and is dedicated to serving her client's needs. By listening and putting you first, she can help you sell or purchase your next home or county property. Jonna married Joe in 1989 and made Bellville their home in 2011. They enjoy a blessed life that includes three daughters. The oldest is graduate of Texas A&M and studied to be an Agriculture Teacher, the middle one is also a graduate of Texas A & M in Leadership and Development with a minor in Event Planning and the youngest is a Cosmetologist and owns her own salon in Brenham. Jonna is a native Texan that has loved exploring the land since she was a teen. She loves the country and finally achieved her dream of living on a ranch. They raise a small herd of cattle and enjoyed assisting their daughters with their show heifers while in high school.

Jonna is a member of the Floral Design Committee for the Austin County Fair, and member of the Cypress Chapter Order of the Easter Star.

Jonna and her husband enjoy home renovation and remodeling. They have remodeled 4 homes and are proud of the restoration of their farmhouse built in the 1890's.
