This education along with her endless Top Producer awards, makes her the go-to REALTOR® in the Greater Houston Area.

Greetings! I'm Demond Wilson hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana and currently calling Rosharon, Texas, home. As the eldest of five siblings, family holds a special place in my heart. In addition to being a family man, I am a dedicated musician contributing my talents to the New Orleans Hustlers Brass Band, specializing in the trombone, and enjoy singing during kareoke nights. My academic journey led me to Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where I pursued elementary education as my major. I was a proud member of The Human Jukebox, The Southern University Marching Band where I received a scholarship that fueled my passion for music. Life took an unexpected turn during my senior year when my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. I made the difficult decision to leave school to care for her. Although my mother passed away, the experience shaped my resilience and priorities. Beyond music and family, I've ventured into various experiences from participating in the well know dating show, Elimidate to narrowly missing the chance to go to Hollywood on American Idol back in the mid 2000s. The stage has been another platform where I thrived with one of many stage plays " All the Women I Loved " even making it to the big screen (DVD). Professionally, I bring over 10 years of experience in the banking industry as a personal banker and relationship banker. I've contributed my skills to reputable institutions such as Wells Fargo, Chase, and First Horizon Bank (formerly known as Iberia Bank) in Louisiana. In my down time, you'll find me enjoying my family and also activities like bowling, skating, pool (Billiards), and of course endulging in my love for movies whether at a theater or on my tv with various movie apps. Life is a melody, and I'm composing my own symphony filled with diverse notes and experiences.

Dennis is licensed since 2002 and holds tenure at ImpProp. He studied architecture at the University of Houston and photography at Sam Houston State University. A career in photography spanned 25 years and included commercial advertising, publishing and fine art. He was fortunate to be commissioned by the Houston Museum of Fine Arts to co-curate the major exhibition “Quest for the Moon and Other Stories” and by the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art to contribute work for the exhibition “Icons: Magnets of Meaning”. He produced one of Houston’s largest public art installations permanently displayed at CenterPoint Energy Plaza. In 2000 he began developing real estate and is currently a designer and builder producing both residential and commercial projects. He has worked with Minute Maid and the Houston Astros designing and building projects at Minute Maid Stadium and “The Jimmy Wynn Training Facility” at Houston’s Sylvester Turner Park. His keen eye for aesthetics and experience working in the upper echelon of Houston make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Cristina Athari, a Broker and a Probate Expert, is a steadying force in the highly competitive Houston real estate market. She is the owner and the Executive Director of Altos Realty LLC. For more than 15 years, she has developed her far-reaching network and built a team of experts, helping her provide informed representation to an impressive list of repeat and referral clients. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, Cristina has always been open to all business opportunities. She has more than 14 years of working with investors.

So, while she gained extensive experience in leasing and foreclosures through purchasing, owning, and managing these properties, she soon realized she wanted to learn more. She soon gravitated to more advanced studies and ultimately decided she wanted to make residential real estate her career.

A former physical therapist, Cristina, has always focused on providing a high quality of service to all of her clients. For her, helping people is a way of life. Her primary goal in every real estate transaction is that her clients will understand all aspects of the sale or purchase so that they can make informed decisions. Born in Bogota, Colombia, Cristina enjoys being around people from different multicultural backgrounds and is, of course, fluent in Spanish. She has volunteered for many years in her children's schools and served the school PTO board as Co-President in 2018-2019.
