Cristina Athari, a Broker and a Probate Expert, is a steadying force in the highly competitive Houston real estate market. She is the owner and the Executive Director of Altos Realty LLC. For more than 15 years, she has developed her far-reaching network and built a team of experts, helping her provide informed representation to an impressive list of repeat and referral clients. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, Cristina has always been open to all business opportunities. She has more than 14 years of working with investors.

So, while she gained extensive experience in leasing and foreclosures through purchasing, owning, and managing these properties, she soon realized she wanted to learn more. She soon gravitated to more advanced studies and ultimately decided she wanted to make residential real estate her career.

A former physical therapist, Cristina, has always focused on providing a high quality of service to all of her clients. For her, helping people is a way of life. Her primary goal in every real estate transaction is that her clients will understand all aspects of the sale or purchase so that they can make informed decisions. She believes they should be completely satisfied with the service she's given them and that all their expectations are met. Conscientious and sensitive, Cristina strives to work with clients in the best and most efficient way possible.

Born in Bogota, Colombia, Cristina enjoys being around people from different multicultural backgrounds and is, of course, fluent in Spanish. She has volunteered for many years in her children's schools and served the school PTO board as Co-President in 2018-2019.
