After my first lease was up, she did a great job keeping in touch once that lease was over and offered to help us find a new property. In our most recent experience, she did a great job narrowing down our scope to the requirements we had in a new home, as well as making herself available at any time to show properties. I'd have to guess she showed us 15-20 rental properties before we finally signed a lease and sometimes she even showed us properties on about 30 minutes notice. Stephanie is very good about getting communication from realtors/owners of the properties you're looking at and always gave us great feedback.
