Don was by my side assisting me with selling my home in Virginia before helping me find a home in Houston. What I like best about Don was his patience. I’m a picky buyer and it took me months (7+) to decide on a property. Through it all, Don continued to help me refine my search and understand my options without any pressure. This made our relationship very amicable, even in a sellers’ market. When I selected my home, Don and his team guided me through everything. I was given weekly updates on build status, inspections, bank loan processing and closing details.
