Global Advisory Group
The NAR Diamond level Global Advisory Group at HAR develops educational programs and networking business opportunities for members interested in and currently practicing international real estate. The advisory group creates and promotes the annual Global Day course, promotes the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Institute offered each year at HAR, hosts the Global Day and area wide CIPS receptions, writes the yearly member wide global survey, and promotes both the online "agent search by language or specialty culture" tool found on HAR.com as well as the Global Information Exchange (GIE) where global properties are listed by HAR GIE subscriber members. Due to the overwhelming number of applicants to serve each year on the advisory group, it is preferred that applicants have the CIPS designation, or be enrolled in classes leading to the designation, and are active REALTORS.
