Colby is hands down one of THE BEST!! He has actually become like family - a brother we chose! We spent so much time together - him getting to know us as a couple, seeing what we liked, what I didnt , what we needed, what we wanted, what made sense.. all the things. He was patient, like seriously BEYOND patient with me. I was all over the place and never did I feel like I was a bother to him, or that he felt like I was a hot mess (which I was!) As someone with a super busy schedule, I found myself calling Colby at all kinds of random evening hours and he was almost always available, and if not, he got back to me early the next day. Once we found a house he helped us through all of the paperwork, financing, and closing. He was with us every step of the way!

In addition to helping us buy a house, he helped us sell our previous house as well. We were not prepared, nor did we know what to do. He guided us through the entire process, visually staged it, provided us with tips of what to do and had it sold within 2 weeks.

I could go on and on - - but what you need to know is do yourself a favor and CALL COLBY! You wont regret it!!

Colby is such a wonderful realtor! I told him my max price and he made sure to only show me houses that I could afford. He showed me everything from new builds, never lived in homes, and older homes. He took into consideration my wants/needs in a home. After searching for only two days he found me the perfect house to call home! 10/10 would recommend using Colby as your realtor! He is kind and hard working and will make sure your needs are met!

Colby went above and beyond to help us in our home search; he was always extremely responsive and did everything possible to help us find the perfect rental property. Before meeting Colby, we attempted to find a house without a realtor and had no luck. I am one hundred percent certain that we would not have been able to lease the house we are in now if not for Colby's help. Furthermore, Colby was always professional and in a great mood, which made each house showing a fun and relaxed experience. We never felt pressured to submit an application for any property before we were ready, and Colby helped us immensely during the contract negotiation process. We would recommend Colby to anyone and would use him as our realtor again without hesitation!

I’ve worked with many real estate agents across multiple cities and Colby by far was the best to work with. He was extremely responsive, aware of the market, and open to work around my hectic schedule. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the Houston area real estate market.
