Bill and Danielle have been real estate investors in the Houston Region for over 30 years, including investments in Bellaire, Maplewood, The Museum District, and Houston Heights.
Bill and Danielle Gottfried, in cooperation with their European real estate colleagues, advise investors on investments in London, France, and Spain. Bill and Danielle listed the highest priced residential property on the Houston Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, a 70 million Euro villa in Saint Tropez. They represented the owners of a luxury hotel property in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat on the French Riviera and the owners of a luxury hotel property in Monaco; both in private sales.
Bill and Danielle Gottfried advise investors, including energy investors, on land investments in Texas. Bill is a member of The Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, the Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association (TIPRO), the Houston Producers Forum, the Houston Energy Finance Group, and the Texas Oil & Gas Association. In addition, Bill has Reciprocal Club Affiliations with The Petroleum Club of Houston, The Dallas Petroleum Club, The Petroleum Club of Midland, and The Petroleum Club of San Antonio.
Bill served as Chairman of the International Advisory Group for the Houston Association of Realtors and Chairman of the International Committee for the Texas Association of Realtors, serving on the Board of Directors of both Associations. Bill served on the Global Real Estate Investment Committee for the National Association of Realtors, he was a founding Board Member for the Asian Real Estate Association of America, Houston Chapter, and he served as the National Association of Realtors Presidential Liaison to the United Arab Emirates.
