Before starting his career in real estate, Michael worked in the Department of Defense industry nearly a decade. He helped facilitate contract performance and execution delivery of services to military bases during his tenure. Carrie Nelson was born in Teague, Texas and spent her formative years in Deer Park, TX. She has now resided in the Clear Lake area for over 20 years. She is a member of the Bay Oaks Country Club and resides in Bay Oaks.

After a Christian preschool teaching career, she became affiliated with a UK based oil and gas company in a management position. It was this experience that led her to the philosophy that there are no problems, only solutions. This has translated into great value in her role as a realtor.
