Michael Chaisson

Michael specializes in corporate relocation, luxury apartment leasing, and new home construction sales. His regional areas's of expertise include the Inner Loop, Galleria, Katy, Cypress, the Woodlands, and the fast growing Energy corridor in West Houston. As a native Houstonian, he has answers to questions from lifestyle to school systems to future development plans. Masterful in both communication and negotiation, Michael holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. Before starting his career in real estate, Michael worked in the Department of Defense industry nearly a decade. Michael worked with some of the most prestigious places and people in the world supporting U.S. Military and Department of State with multi-billion dollar projects worldwide. He helped facilitate contract performance and execution delivery of services to military bases during his tenure. His knowledge of contract negotiation is very in-depth in which he incorporates his skill-set into real estate contracts. Michael graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business. His favorite past-time is attending the “Fightin' Texas Aggies” football games in College Station, Texas. He’s also an avid reader of motivational books, biking, golfing, and passionate about giving to Goodwill.
