After pursuing her love for dance as a Houston Texans Cheerleader, Jacy's entrepreneurial drive led her to open her flower shop, Stems & Co, and later, Sette, a women's boutique. With natural attention to detail, she transitioned into restaurant concepts and interior designing when she met her husband, Grant Cooper. Together, they co-founded The Big Vibe Group and beautifully curated, vibe-focused restaurants (Coppa Osteria, Flora Mexican Kitchen, Gratify Bistro, and Graffiti Raw) to elevate the Houston dining scene. She earned her real estate license in 2012 and has been involved with the pulse of Houston's real estate ever since.

Native Houstonian Deborah McGuire has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and a master's in education from the University of Houston. I graduated from The University of Houston and hold the ABR, CRS and GRI designations/certifications. I am also very proud to have been one of the original owners of a local RE/MAX office. While with RE/MAX, I was honored with several accolades for production and character.
On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with close friends, family and my dog. I love the outdoors, exploring new restaurants and other venues including attending live sporting events and concerts. Traveling is a passion, as well!
