Native Houstonian Deborah McGuire has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and a master's in education from the University of Houston. Deborah previously worked as an early childhood educator in Fort Bend Independent School District and at the School for Little Children in Bellaire, and as the children's director at River Point Church in Missouri City. She applies the counseling and people skills she learned in education to her real estate business. "Real estate is a lot like teaching because you're constantly counseling and encouraging all different personalities. I love that there's a beginning and an end. Every transaction is a new adventure." Deborah specializes in Sugar Land, Missouri City, Bellaire, Meyerland and the surrounding areas. She is skilled in customer service, sales, and negotiation and was recognized Top Producer of the month multiple times at her previous real estate brokerage.
