About Maria Navejas Raised in a "hard working family" in Abilene, Texas, Maria graduated from Abilene Christian University. Her career began with HEB Grocery Co and she served as a Store Leader for the last 8 years of her 16 year career. She was successful in her many roles by having attention to detail, making sure her customers needs were met and that they felt appreciated. Maria is married to Kevin McGuire and is a bonus mom to his two beautiful and energetic kids. Kevin too is an agent and renovates homes. In 2016 they moved to Houston to be closer to medical experts that could help them better navigate their little girl's medical attention. Since moving it was discovered that she was missing a chromosome that have caused her delayments. They are constantly learning about the amazing "special needs" community and services that Houston has to offer. Maria enjoys a good glass of red wine, working on projects and event planning. Dave Noel began his Real Estate career in 2007. Dave joined one of the top producing real estate teams in the United States and quickly became recognized as a top sales agent. Within the last 9 years, Dave has assisted over 250 families in the purchase of their new home. While consistently being a top producer was rewarding, the desire to own, develop and to invest in his own company was his true desire.

In 2010 Dave established Dave Noel Realty. In doing so, it gave him the opportunity to provide a hands-on approach to his business and his clients. Dave has been a resident of The Woodlands since 2001. He and his wife Lynn, of 25 years, relocated to Texas from California. Their daughter, Canon (24), just graduated from Oklahoma State University as a Speech Therapist and their son, Curren (20), is a Sophomore at Oklahoma State University studying Construction Supervision. Dave and Lynn just recently moved to the North side of Lake Conroe. In his personal time, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, watching college football and home improvement projects.

Hello from Montgomery County, Texas! I want to share a little information about myself and the services I offer. I've helped people buy, sell, lease and invest in real estate for about 20 years now. In 2018 I earned my Texas Broker license, establishing my commitment to the industry.





Working with buyers and sellers of acreage residential and land is my forte. More recently I've helped with commercial leases and purchases, and with farm and ranch.
