Hello from Montgomery County, Texas! I want to share a little information about myself and the services I offer. I've helped people buy, sell, lease and invest in real estate for more than 20 years now. In 2018 I earned my Texas Broker license, establishing my commitment to the industry.
Working with buyers and sellers of acreage residential and land is my forte. I've helped with commercial leases and purchases, farm and ranch sales, and with sellers and buyers who find themselves ready to downsize. I use a successful combination of social media and classic marketing avenues to get the word out and the job done. I have knowledge, resources, colleagues, and good relationships to help resolve issues and get to the closing table.
Continuing education is important to me; I feel the more I learn and absorb, the better I can provide a valuable service to my clients. I've earned several designations, including the Accredited Buyer Representative designation and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. I also hold a BA degree in Journalism and English from Stephen F. Austin State University.
I work hard to retain repetitive business from clients, and to help buyers and sellers by providing accurate market information to keep them informed. I've worked through several challenging markets and will continue to hold ethics high, work for the best interest of my clients, and enjoy meeting new people while working in this amazing industry.
