My passion for real estate is a reflection of a career-long desire to help people reach their dreams for their families while keeping their vision for life in mind. I bring my attitude for service, an eye for a great opportunity, and honest communication to work in the service of my clients every day. As a native Houstonian who has over 20 years as a Montgomery County resident, there is nothing that brings greater satisfaction than to help people find their homes. I enjoy working with everyone from seasoned investors to the first time home buyer because success is found in meeting my client's goals. How do I know the goals of my clients? I ask them… and then I REALLY listen. I want to be the reason that you tell all of your friends about how great it was to find your new home! I am just waiting for you to call so we can start the process of finding your new home in our fair city.

It depends on what kind of housing you are looking at. If you are looking at a townhouse or condo those fees are generally monthly. If you are looking at a single family home it is usually annually. The reason for the big difference in monthly fees or annual fees is because of the amount of support the association is providing. With a townhouse or condo they are generally keeping up all of the grounds, building maintenance, roof coverage, if they have pool, etc. That requires more work and workers so that translates to a fee that is paid monthly and is more over all. The fee is a single family home neighborhood is lower because the association is only providing support for shared services like parks, trails, a pool if they have one. Less work translates to a lower fee.
