I've been working in the real estate industry since I was a teenager helping my mother and became licensed in 1987 at 18 years old. My experiences as a real estate appraiser, mortgage underwriter, loan officer, investor, landlord, trainer, and property manager give me unique qualifications to serve my clients. I also have many years' experience as a trainer and salesperson. I love to help my clients learn as much as they'd like about real estate and the processes involved to sell or buy.
Due to my expansive real estate and training experience, my approach to working with clients is to help educate them from multiple perspectives to proactively navigate through the buying or selling process. This reduces the probability of surprises and helps clients make the best decisions for themselves. Sometimes, that includes not to buy a specific property. I'd be honored to help you with your real estate needs.
As a Prince Properties LLC Realtor and coastal insurance professional, Leslie has a well honed aptitude for the coastal housing market and its area property trends. Her in-depth knowledge can be endearing for her clients navigating coastal construction and insurability requirements, often completely new to those relocating to the Houston/Clear Lake/Bay Areas of Texas. A resident of Friendswood since 1979, she is a graduate of the FISD and obtained her Bachelors Degree in Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Houston. Leslie's educational and extensive industry experiences afford her a greater understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community. She would love share her knowledge and help you make Houston, or one of its many surroundings communities, the place you call home today!
Shelley Skeele grew up in Amarillo, Texas, where the wind blows all the time and the people are friendly. After she graduated from West Texas State University with a BBA in marketing, she moved to Lubbock and bought a very run-down 10-acre mobile home park. She lived on-site and turned it into a profitable business. She hired a manager for the park so she could move to town and gain experience in negotiating while working as a Senior Liability Claims Specialist at Farmer's Insurance over a ten-year period.
In 2000 Shelley sold her mobile home park, moved to the Houston area where she became an investor in residential real estate all over the Houston area. She owned, managed, remodeled, and sold her own properties decades before becoming a Realtor in 2019 and a Broker in 2024. If you don't know the difference between a Realtor and a Broker in Texas, Google can help.
