Born and raised in Friendswood, Texas, Nick Hughey brings strong local market knowledge, dedication, and professionalism to every client he serves. Nick began his real estate journey with Stanfield Properties nearly three years ago as a real estate intern for Alan & Beth Stanfield before transitioning into a full-time office staff role, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the buying, selling, and leasing process.
With a strong foundation already in place, Nick is committed to providing clients with an exceptional real estate experience through his loyalty, communication, and familiarity with the local market.
In addition to real estate, Nick is actively involved in the marching arts community and has worked with award-winning organizations, including the Dawson High School Marching Band, Catalyst Color Guard in Pearland, and Redemption Guard in Houston.
Nick is a recipient of the Stanfield Properties Rising Star Award and has been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer from 2022 to 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Bruno.
