As a native Houstonian and seventh generation Texan, Seth Caplan's real estate expertise is grounded in his deep Texas roots. Indeed, Seth's family has been in real estate for generations, dating back to before the Republic of Texas. For Seth, it's as simple as family tradition. Seth grew up in Houston's southwest inner loop area, and is a graduate of Bellaire High School.
