I'm an investor and I want to download (export) lists of properties that meet my criteria with realtor contact information so that I can begin making offers. Can I do this from HAR?

Andrew

Why are you trying to do this yourself? Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) is membership based and we pay dues to have access to the information you want, if you do not want to work with a buyers agent I suggest you get your license and pay the fees required to get that information.

Yes, when you pull listings from HAR, they always include the agent's contact information. If you are looking for properties in the South/Southwest area and are not current represented, please feel free to give me a call and I'd be happy to assist you!

Best Wishes!

Yes, you can save properties to your favorites list and you will have the listing agents' contact information together with the listing details.
Keep in mind the listing agent represents the seller and must act in the best interest of the seller.

It is in your best interest to hire a buyer's agent to represent you, and your buyer's agent will also be able to manage the process of submitting your offers and responding during negotiations for the offers you are submitting. Submitting offers and negotiating each of them is a rapidly changing environment, and a buyer's agent has the skills and experience to handle it for you.

I hope this helps.
I wish you much success.

Yes ,But why would you want to work with multiple Realtors?

Yes, you can or you can have your Realtor do it for you. We have more criteria that we are able to search for then you have on the public site so the data might be more useful for you. In addition, it will save you some time to have one agent representing you that can help you make an offer on any property versus seeking out the sellers agents on numerous properties.

Yes, you can just like them or add to favorites then you have your list. Be careful to use the correct category as in town home, condo, single family, land, etc or you may miss some good listings. Also, you can contact me and i will pull every option available for you that fits your criteria and make sure we find exactly what your looking for. I would represent only you as opposed to a listing agent that can disclose to the seller anything you discuss since they owe the fiduciary responsibility to their seller.
