Helen's real estate roots run deep.Her family has been in real estate development for over fifty years. She has always taken an active part in the business. Helen got her license in 1976 and her first experience was with a Houston home-builder. When her husband's company transferred him to Corpus Christi she joined a commercial company. When they returned to Houston she joined John Daugherty Realtors as the Farm and Ranch manager. That gave Helen and her husband Fred the excuse to become full time residents of Washington County. They moved to their family farm in Chappell Hill in 1992 and have been an active part of that community. When Daugherty closed his Farm and Ranch division Helen commuted to Houston for several years to go back into commercial real estate. She changed directions when the opportunity presented itself and joined a local green house grower in Brenham and was in management for several years… She decided to somewhat retire and just handle family business until Cathy Cole encouraged her to join Heritage Texas Country Properties. Helen says you just cannot get real estate out of your blood. Helen and Fred have been married for over fifty years and he is retired from oil and gas exploration. They have two grown sons,a wonderful daughter-in-law and two terrific grandchildren.

Graduating with a BBA in finance from the University of Texas, Stephanie met her future husband, Bryan, on campus. Three daughters later, Stephanie decided to attend Texas A&M University and earn her certification as a Master Florist. For 15 years, she ran her wedding and event floral design company, Flora Bella Designs. Stephanie knows how important it is to listen to and understand her clients' wants and needs and to work diligently to achieve their goals. Customer satisfaction was the key to growing her successful floral design company, as you only get one chance to make a bride happy on her special day. Fulfilling a lifelong dream of moving to the country, Stephanie and Bryan purchased property and built a home in Round Top, Texas. This experience has given her a great education in land development, wildlife and the building process in the country. In her spare time, you will find Stephanie involved with her church, Bethlehem Lutheran, Porch Sisters Bible Study, The Round Top Family Library, The River Oaks Garden Club and The Junior League of Houston Sustainers Club. She also loves playing golf and Mahjong with her buddies. Stephanie's favorite part of the day though, is sitting on her front porch, watching the gorgeous Round Top sunsets.

Pam Langford has all of the qualifications, talents and background needed to be the best possible Realtor. Over and above her past experience in accounting for an oil and gas company, Pam has spent the last two decades as the CEO of her household – that is, as a stay-at-home mom raising two now-grown children and developing invaluable skills that are assets for her clients – talents like organization, diplomacy, patience, commitment, negotiation and compromise.

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Pam moved to Plano, Texas in 1974 before settling in Houston in 1997. Having purchased and sold many homes, she knows from experience the ups and downs of the home selling/buying experience and believes that knowledge can be helpful to those relocating to Houston. “I would like prospective clients to know that I am on their side and will help guide them to their best decision,” says Pam.

About choosing a career in real estate, she adds, “I spent 21 years attending to the high calling of being a mom and wife, and instilling in my children that they can truly be whatever they desire. They are off to college with confidence and it was time for me to apply that same philosophy to myself, become a Realtor and help others achieve their goals.”

Pam and her husband, Tom, are residents of West University, which she believes is a very special place to live, but also love their weekend home in Round Top, Texas.

Round Top Real Estate welcomed Sherry Lynn Krenek to their team in 2018. She brings a unique set of qualities. Having grown up in Colorado County, her family made their living off the land in rice farming and cattle ranching. Sherry first entered the real estate banking industry in the mid '80s where she worked in the Real Estate Lending Department and assisted in the loan application process. She later became a real estate agent and worked for a boutique firm in Houston.

Her love for homes continued to grow and she soon found herself owning her own interior decorating business. Not only can she help you find the perfect property but perhaps she could assist in future renovations.

In 2005, Sherry broadened her horizon by learning more about the land, not only the surface but one's investment below the surface. She has extensive experience in oil and gas title research, mapping, leasing and curating title and is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).

Sherry is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and the Texas Land Brokers Network (TLBN). In addition, she is a lifetime committeeman of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and has served on the Breeders Greeters and International Committee for over two decades.
