Pamela Langford

Pam Langford has all of the qualifications, talents and background needed to be the best possible Realtor. Over and above her past experience in accounting for an oil and gas company, Pam has spent the last two decades as the CEO of her household – that is, as a stay-at-home mom raising two now-grown children and developing invaluable skills that are assets for her clients – talents like organization, diplomacy, patience, commitment, negotiation and compromise.

Very active in her community, Pam can also add her work as a volunteer, in endeavors that require the ability to work around issues, get along with people and build compromise. As she notes, volunteering prepares you for unique challenges not often found in the normal work environment.

In the process, she has learned all of those important details, resources and support needed to fulfill the dreams of families she now helps as a Realtor – things like “must have” home features, neighborhood amenities and places of interest, area histories, which are the excellent schools, and where to find the best shopping, available sports, top notch recreational activities, nearest healthcare facilities, and so much more.

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Pam moved to Plano, Texas in 1974 before settling in Houston in 1997. Having purchased and sold many homes, she knows from experience the ups and downs of the home selling/buying experience and believes that knowledge can be helpful to those relocating to Houston. “I would like prospective clients to know that I am on their side and will help guide them to their best decision,” says Pam.

About choosing a career in real estate, she adds, “I spent 21 years attending to the high calling of being a mom and wife, and instilling in my children that they can truly be whatever they desire. They are off to college with confidence and it was time for me to apply that same philosophy to myself, become a Realtor and help others achieve their goals.”

Pam and her husband, Tom, are residents of West University, which she believes is a very special place to live, but also love their weekend home in Round Top, Texas.
