"I love the land and the feeling of living in 'small town USA.' Most of all, I love the people." Nadine Hufnall has called the beautiful, rolling countryside of Colorado County home since 1997. A proud native Texan who lived and raised her family in Katy, Nadine serves clients in the South Central Texas area. "Coming home to the country after living in the city for most of my life has been very rewarding," Nadine says. "I love the land and the feeling of living in 'small town USA.' Most of all, I love the people." It is a privilege for Nadine to help buyers and sellers with farm and ranch property and she knows firsthand why one would want to live and experience the country life. A successful realtor since 2000, Nadine's honesty, integrity and commitment to her profession have earned her the respect of other Realtors and clients, and she has been honored with numerous high-achievement and leadership awards. She is a consistent top producer who believes "knowledge is power" and makes a point of helping others as well as herself stay current with new industry technology. Nadine is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Realtor Land Institute, and the Texas Land Brokers Association. She served the South Central Board of Realtors (SCBOR) as Director from 2006-2011, as President in 2015, and as Vice President in 2012-2014 and 2016. She currently serves as SCBOR Secretary. She was a representative for the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC) in 2012- 2014 and 2016. Nadine and her husband, Bill, have been married for 35-plus years and have two adult sons.
