She also has experience as a New Home Sales Consultant and knows how to use the builders incentives and promotions to negotiate the best deal for New Home Buyers. She is a strong negotiator and educator for her Buyers, as well as an expert strategist on pricing and marketing for her Sellers. MeLisa is new to the Houston Area and she is constantly educating herself on the Houston Real Estate Market, from the areas of waterfront properties, to master-planned communities to renowned historic communities. She also looks forward to working local buyers and sellers as well as those that are relocating to the Houston area. Andrea Cotie resides in Seabrook, Texas with her two children and husband. She was born and raised in the Houston area. She knows and loves the surrounding and the people in her community! After graduating with an Education Degree from Texas A&M in 1999, Andrea and her husband moved to the Clear Lake area to start a family. After many years of teaching in CCISD, while flipping, rentals, and other real estate investments, Andrea decided to pursue a real estate career full time. The success she has earned, while teaching, has given her the ability to bring enthusiasm, hard work and personalized attention to every client she meets. While Andrea is not serving clients, she is spending time with the people she loves. She loves the great outdoors, camping with friends and family, and traveling!

I graduated from the A&M system Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor in Organizational Leadership while working as a 911 Paramedic for the City of League City. I worked as a MICU Paramedic for League City for almost ten years and a SWAT Medic for League City, Alvin, and Pearland for five. I opened Lucid Realty to provide people in our area a chance to work with a company that provides a more intimate experience with detailed local information.
