MeLisa is an accomplished and motivated Texas Real Estate Broker with a Masters Degree in Marketing and over ten years of experience in Small Business Development. She has been in Real Estate since 2007 - the day the market went crazy - and diving into that kind of market taught her the value of Customer Care and Customer Retention. She offers over 8 years of experience as a Real Estate Specialist, saving over 120 homeowners from foreclosure and saving major lenders over $3B in default mortgages during a downward market. She also has experience as a New Home Sales Consultant and knows how to use the builders incentives and promotions to negotiate the best deal for New Home Buyers. She is a strong negotiator and educator for her Buyers, as well as an expert strategist on pricing and marketing for her Sellers. MeLisa is new to the Houston Area and she is constantly educating herself on the Houston Real Estate Market, from the areas of waterfront properties, to master-planned communities to renowned historic communities. She also looks forward to working local buyers and sellers as well as those that are relocating to the Houston area.
