Linse is a 37-year-old Katy local, a graduate and wrestling champion from Katy High School, and an expert in the Katy and the West Houston area with over 210 closed transactions (sales, purchases, and rentals) in the past nine years. She purchased her first rental property at only 21 years old and pressed on to obtain a real estate license.







With Linse's construction and design experiences she has flipped 25 houses and owns rental properties for future retirement income. Linse has had great success as an owner of short-term rental properties on AirBnB. As an AirBnB Superhost she has hosted almost 2,000 stays in three years.This personal experience translates to invaluable insight for Linse's clients, a sharp perspective on the short and long-term value of a home.

Linse works round the clock with the help of a capable transaction coordinator and a diligent assistant. The moment a client contacts her she is immediately working for them. She will hop in her car and visit properties, send videos, and give helpful insight right away. She brings an all-star roster of local Katy, Texas, experts to the table, ready to respond at all hours of the day. These include lenders who work fast and help first timers get in with zero dollars down. They also include interior designers who stage homes perfectly to sell, professional home photographers, and inspectors who show up on time and don't miss a thing. She keeps a list of the best sub-contractors and specialists for any issue that might come up during the sale, purchase, or upgrade of a home. Her team mobilizes – fast – to get your business done. Her network took 14 years to build, but it can be at her client's disposal tomorrow. As your Realtor Linse's number one job is to be straight with her clients.
