I just recently got my real estate license and am looking for a brokerage in Houston that is right for me. I want a brokerage that has a great mentorship program that helps new agents. Any suggestions?

I signed with CB&A realtors. They have mentorship program and training. The broker is a teacher at HAR and is great. They have a flat fee pay structure per transaction so they really want you to make money not the broker. Let me know if you need any more help or want to know more!
