He married his high school sweetheart Marla Newbauer and moved to Katy in 1996 with their daughter Jessica (who now lives in Boston with her husband and new daughter). He has been a homeowner in Heritage Grand in Cinco Ranch for the last 12 years. After spending the first 28 years as a buyer and wholesale importer he sold his business. Kevin has negotiated his entire career with retailers and manufacturers and has been obsessed with attention to detail and customer service. These attributes have transferred nicely to the real estate business. Kevin's acumen in negotiating and putting his clients first has quickly helped him in being a successful Real Estate agent. Penny has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry for over 20 years with 15 of those years in the Houston area. During that time she worked as the preferred lender for one of the largest builders in the city and for one of the largest lenders in the nation. By working in the mortgage industry for such a long time, it prepared her for selling real estate. She decided to switch to real estate in 2012 and hasn't looked back. I am a proud Native Texan with deep roots going back to being a direct descendant of a Texas Declaration of Independence signer, Jesse Grimes and Immigrant Great Grandparent's from Spain. Being a 6th. generation Texan originally from Dayton, Liberty County and now residing in SETX.
