Kevin Hansel
Kevin was born in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University. He married his high school sweetheart Marla Newbauer and moved to Katy in 1996 with their daughter Jessica (who now lives in Boston with her husband and new daughter). He has been a homeowner in Heritage Grand in Cinco Ranch for the last 12 years. After spending the first 28 years as a buyer and wholesale importer he sold his business. Kevin has negotiated his entire career with retailers and manufacturers and has been obsessed with attention to detail and customer service. These attributes have transferred nicely to the real estate business. Kevin's acumen in negotiating and putting his clients first has quickly helped him in being a successful Real Estate agent.
